Lite n Easy

Complete digital overhaul of one of Australia’s best known brands - including responsive content website and online ordering system.

The Client

Lite n Easy is one of Australia's best known and loved brands. They deliver the largest variety of great tasting, healthy food direct to homes all over the country - making it easy for people to eat well, lose weight and stay healthy.

The Problem

A seriously out-dated website and ordering system was holding the brand back and giving users a poor online experience did not reflect the scale and reputation of the business.

The Solution

A complete re-design of the user experience and interface both on the content website and the ordering system has brought Lite n Easy back into the modern digital world where they belong. All navigation elements and all key processes were simplified significantly in order to give the user less to think about and provide a more intuitive experience. Visualisation of processes and key ideas was used to communicate in a more easy to understand way using custom icons and infographics. Fresh new fonts and images were used to bring the site to life, and images became much more of a focal point than the text-heavy old site.

The result

The client doubled their conversion rate and added millions of dollars to their revenue.

Sitemap & Wireframes

A sitemap was produced for the online ordering system in order to help map out a list of every page that should exist in the system and define a hierarchy within that. Basic wireframes for the pages were also created at this point.

Flowchart

A flowchart was produced for the online ordering system to help plan the simplest user journey in what had the potential to be a complex process. This was a very useful task in ensuring every eventuality in the process was covered, and coming up with a list of screens/templates to be designed.

Style guides

Style guides were presented in order to define the style direction in terms of fonts, colour palette and treatment of commonly used components such as buttons, navigation elements, product tiles, banners etc.
