Fedelta Point of Sale

A fully responsive design suite from website to complex back-end software systems for a point of sale software company.

The Client

Fedelta POS is Australia's leading point of sale provider in hospitality and retail industries. Offering powerful POS software and hardware for a range of businesses.

The Problem

The marketing website did not effectively showcase the vast and intricate range of solutions offered to the end-user. It was very text-heavy and seriously out-dated in it's style - and it was difficult for a user to find out which features or solutions were available to their specific business type. Nothing about this website reflected an industry leading product. The back-office system was similarly out-dated in style and usability - some serious UX improvements were required.

The Solution

The website was designed around the user and their specific needs in terms of features, solutions and hardware requirements. A simplified navigation was designed allowing users to directly jump into the key solutions and features without having to think about what they're looking for. Targeted filtering was implemented allowing user to easily display features specific to their business type. Overall a much more simple and informative structure was designed, with clear CTAs making it easy for users to take the desired action at any point in the user flow.

The back-office system was given a complete UX and UI overhaul - all processes were simplified and UI elements given styles which clearly and visually communicate their purpose to the user.
